Institute (Network of Doctors\u2019 Education) is an independent, non-profit organization founded in 2018, based on the values of collaboration and solidarity, and dedicated to a shared vision: providing free practical postgraduate medical education in Greece.<br><br>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8264da elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8264da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our goal is to eliminate the need for doctors to travel abroad to participate in postgraduate surgical training programs while, at the same time, ensuring that patients have access to specialized services while remaining in Greece.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b2f4e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b2f4e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" Our members provide their services entirely free of charge, while expenses are covered through donations and sponsorships. By harnessing this strength, we create a hub for the exchange and dissemination of valuable knowledge for the benefit of our patients. We also believe that it should be tailored to the needs of the trainees and conducted in small groups to maximize its effectiveness.<br><br>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa4a1f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fa4a1f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWith this philosophy in mind, we have designed seminars for homogeneous groups of doctors, based on their experience and area of scientific specialization.
