The robotic training programs scientifically supported and implemented by Node Institute aim to offer high-level specialization to urologists who seek to advance their skills in the field of robotic urological surgery.
The educational program is based on animal models, which provide an exceptionally realistic preclinical setting ideal for learning and applying advanced techniques of modern urological practice. Each program is carefully designed according to the clinical needs of the specialty and the latest surgical guidelines, and includes:
Theoretical part, featuring key principles, insights, and practical tips & tricks for surgical success.
Hands-on part, where participants apply their knowledge by performing specific robotic urological procedures (Robotic-assisted nephrectomy) on preclinical animal models, under continuous guidance from experienced trainers through a dual-console robotic system.
Τhe program is intended for trained urologists with basic experience in the Da Vinci robotic system, who wish to upgrade their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in performing complex robotic urological operations, such as prostatectomy, pyeloplasty, and partial nephrectomy.
The dates for 2025 are:
18 September 2025
Participation in the program is free of charge, as with all educational programs organized by NoDE.
