Doukakis Paradellis graduated from the Medical School of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in 2010.

He specialises in General Surgery at the Maria Theresia Clinic, an Academic Teaching Hospital of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, and in the Schreiber Clinic, an Academic Teaching Hospital of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

His training was completed at A Surgical Clinic and Laparoscopic Surgery Unit at the Hellenic Red Cross Hospital in Athens and in 2017 he obtained the Specialty Title in Surgery. In 2018, he was declared Facharzt für Allgemeine Surgery by the Bavarian Medical Association.

During his specialty, he was trained in the whole spectrum of General Surgery and especially in Digestive and Endocrine Gland Surgery. He was further trained in the Hernias Restoration of the Abdominal Wall and the DaVinci Robotic System.

In parallel, he is working on the Ph.D. thesis on: Antioxidant Preparation before Major Hepatectomy. The experimental protocol is carried out with a Scholarship from ELPEN in porcine models at its Experimental and Research Centre.

Since 2018 he has been Consultant of the 6th Surgical Clinic of DTCA HYGEIA Hospital and Trainer at the Laparoscopic Surgery Centre and the Training Seminars on Laparoscopic Surgery of Large Bowel (C.LA.S.S) of NoDE Institute.
